The Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) is a membership-based organisation in New Zealand that represents the interests of businesses and manufacturers across the country. The EMA provides its members with a range of services and resources to help them succeed, including advocacy, training and networking opportunities. The ideal target audience for the EMA is business owners, executives, and managers looking to grow and develop their companies. To target this audience effectively, I used a design and aesthetic approach that is professional, modern, and forward-thinking, whilst encorporating playful colours to engage learners. I played a part in refreshing & redesigning their learning collateral, as well as some of their advertising material. I also worked on the 2022 Learning Directory and created concepts for the 2023 Learning Directory. My aim was to appeal to potential members' aspirations for growth and success. Additionally, my messaging took focus on the tangible benefits of membership, demonstrating the organisation's value to their target audience.
